Dear Sir or Madam,
I was a student on the “Home-made Italian Dishes” course at your institution this past spring. I have always been interested in Italian cuisine, so I chose to take it as my first cookery class.
I really enjoyed the class for the full three weeks. Not only did I learn a lot about various cooking methods, but also about how to be creative in the kitchen. Specifically, I remember the day when an experienced Italian chef was invited to help run the class. The chef taught me, and all of the other students, so much about how to use ingredients innovatively to create unique dishes.
The course was helpful for me as the recipes were simple to follow. I learnt how to prepare and cook more than 10 dishes, such as spaghetti Bolognese, lasagna, and pizza. In the past, I would typically buy ready-made sauces to make such dishes, or just go to an Italian restaurant. Thanks to the course, now I have the skills required to make the food at home and share it with my family at least twice a week.
In the future, I hope to learn more about vegetarian cuisine, because my doctor has advised me to adopt a plant-based diet. I have tried to make nice dishes with vegetables, but it has proven difficult to make one that is delicious, so I have considered giving up many times. I think it would appeal to many other people as well, because there seems to be a growing interest in healthy food.
I hope to have a chance to join a course like this soon.

I am writing to you to provide feedback on the "Kitchen Wonders" cookery course I have taken recently. As I have been complimented on my cooking skills since then, I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for the evolution I have attained from the course.
Albeit a short and basic course, it contained useful tips on using cutlery and cookware which were entirely new to me. Having always cooked by instinct, these tips brought to light simple mistakes I had been making, which now I avoid. Moreover, I particularly enjoyed the "Kitchen Hacks" module, and its techniques have brought my cooking skills to a new level.
I have been using these lessons on weekends when I normally cook for my family, and the difference is clear. The effect the course had on my dishes has been remarked on some occasions, and this newfound ability had been raising expectations as the word spreads throughout my relatives. Still, I am confident they shall not be disappointed.
I intended on honing this skill further, especially since the course did not address dessert-making. Should such a course be offered, I would be delighted to enroll and keep collecting awestruck expressions from my relatives. I really appreciated the results your course has provided me, and look forward to even more.
